Selah's Birthday!!!

I'm a bit behind--this was nearly 7 months ago!! Trying to catch up on a lot...

Our sweet Selah turned TEN this year!!! Double digit mania. She asked "why does everyone make such a big deal about double digits?"

Our Star Wars fan got a lightsaber brownie with a few stormtrooper marshmallows to act as guards. (thanks pintrest!) We got a 7 day pass to LifeTime Fitness, a very fancy fitness place, and went swimming in January! We also did our bi-weekly ice skating time.

I love this girl! She is super smart, asks great questions, is growing in wisdom and self-control. Sadly, her great joy in life is finding new places to smooch me (torture!!). She is still faithfully loving Fluffy, her stuffed dog, creatively inventing new songs on the piano, new imaginations with Tiki, or new games.  She reads by the gallon. She especially enjoys adventurous books and all things Lego or Star Wars. She has a life sized wall sticker of R2-D2 over her bed, and received some new smaller Star Wars wall stickers to put up too! We are so proud of you Selah Joy!
