Great vacation
Well, insanity runs in my family. I decided that it would be good for my soul to visit one of my best friends, Erin Lou. Only she lives in LA, and I'm in Chicago. With 2 babies, and no spouse. So what do I do? Get on an airplane! Ha! Actually, the travel part went incredibly well, much better than it could have been. Selah had a hard time sitting still that long, understandably. And the two weeks were definitely good for my soul. Thanks for all the talks Lou!

Tikvah is smiling all the time now, and Selah's vocabulary is getting bigger every day. Lets see, some new words are "up, belly (button), eggs, eyes, keys, walk, etc. She learned how to make the "K" sound, so now she enunciates "milk, book, etc" Although Tikvah is still "Tee-dah".
We're home again and so is Micha! Its great to be a family again. Micha's been great about jumping back in to parenting, and has been changing poopy diapers (Selah saved a whole bunch for Daddy), doing the Tikvah massage, and feedings. Ahhh....

One of the most fun things in LA, besides all the talks, was seeing Selah and Ella play together. They really became friends! And when we drove in the car, instead of screaming, they would giggle and chortle at each other. That was darn cute. By the way, you CAN fit three car seats in the back seat, but only if one is forward facing. :)
