Aunt Jerusha came

Aunt Jerusha was here for the weekend. Selah had tons of fun playing with her (and vice versa), and since I prepped her for a few days beforehand, she even walked around all weekend saying "Annie" since Jerusha is too difficult for her. That's Auntie for all you non-babytalk types. She even cried when we dropped Jerusha off at the aiport. Jerusha was a big help, and we caulked the tub (a job on my to-do list for the past how many months?). and since the tub was out of commission, we gave Selah baths in her pool on the porch. LOL.

And now WE leave to fly out to LA on Wednesday to visit wonderful friend Erin Lou and Ian and baby Ella. Yay! Can't wait. Although travelling with two small babies is not my first choice... :)

Latest Tikvah news: I have to massage her scar 3x/day for 10 minutes at a time. Poor kid must still be tender because she cries the entire time, each time. When will she get used to this? It does give me a picture though of God sending us tough times for our ultimate good. However, I can hardly wait until Micha gets to take his turn at torture. I haven't decided yet if its more torturous for me or for Tikvah!
