Meramec Caverns!

Another fun "field trip" during tour: Meramec Caverns!!  The girls had never been in a cave.  Its 60 degrees year round.  Tons and tons of stalactites and stalagmites, and super clear river running through.  This is also where some group of outlaws hid and managed to escape from the law (floating out the river).  We took the tour, which lasted about an hour and a half of walking and looking, and that was only a fraction of what has been explored in this cave system!  

We even found a stalactite in the shape of Israel!! Thanks God!
