Cactus Explorations

Notice to all concerned:

On March 31st, 2009, at approximately 8:30pm, Selah encountered a cactus, up close and personal. Several potted cacti were minding their own business at the front of the sanctuary, when Selah left her assigned spot and ran down the aisle. She tripped at the bottom and landed on the cactus pot. A wail was heard, and her Mama rushed to the rescue. God provided tweezers in Mama's purse, and they were applied with due vigilance whilst cries continued to echo in the sanctuary. Cactus spines were removed from the right cheek, armit, elbow, knees, wrists, and hands, with extra emphasis in the left palm. A tearful daughter agreed that she would refrain from visiting cactus up close and personal again in the near future.
