happy homeschool minute

Tonight the I finished reading to the girls Red Sails to Capri, by Ann Weil.  Fun bedtime story, and the girls don't know that we had school as part of it!  ... found Capri on the map (thanks mapquest), learned some about different Italian cities, looked at Capri and Anacapri (the sum total of towns on the island of Capri), talked about Italian being related to Spanish, looked at pictures of the Blue Grotto, watched a video of people entering the Blue Grotto, found the Blue Grotto on the map of Capri.

Yay for student-interest led study!
