I made bagels!

Micha requested it as part of this year's "Bread of the Month" Club. Actually, I think I got in 6 or 7 months, so maybe next time it should be a "Bread every Two Months" club. I also did this 3 years ago with pie of the month. I learn a lot this way! Made Pumpernickle, Sourdough, Irish Soda Bread/Carraway Raisin, Lead Bread, Banana Bread, and Bagels!

I thought they were a little glue-y, but Micha loved 'em. And last shabbat when I made challah, I saved out some dough and made challah bagels--I liked those!

Now what new thing will I learn to do in 2009?
